St. Louis, MO/Memphis, TN 1967-1969

Sun Airline was founded by George Caleshu. They had a ambitous expansion included the first use of jet aircraft by an air taxi. They first served the St. Louis to Kansas City route with multiple stops. Later expansion was throught the central states from Wisconsin to Louisiana and Florida. Aircraft used were the Beech 18, Lear Jet, DH Heron and the DHC 6 Twin Otter.
